Vision & Mission Statement

Purpose Statement (What):

Constant Hope… Unfailing Grace…Life Changing Love

The purpose of Steadfast Church is to help its members attain their full potential as Christians, to develop in them compassion for this world, passion for righteous living, and to prepare them for fulfilling lives of evangelism and service to our community.

Mission Scripture:
Romans 5:2, By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. (KJV)

Governing Values & Principles (Why):

• We value the individuals personal time of Prayer, Fasting, & Studying the Word.
• We believe and teach Apostolic Doctrine, Apostolic Ministry and Methods.
• We value Righteous and Holy living, as we are Righteous by believing in HIM.
• We believe in continually Training and Sending workers into the harvest for the purpose of The Great Commission.
• We value a lifestyle of Praise & Worship as a vital door into the Lord’s presence.
• We value an Attitude of Grace, Truth, & Preaching a message of hope.
• We believe God Given Gift-based Ministry, Helps & Equips believers to work effectively in the harvest.
• We believe in serving Our Community in only a way to demonstrate HIS love.
• We believe the Family’s strength and importance will always empower the church.
• We value Stewardship and Faithfulness to Improvement in all areas of church ministry.

Achieving Our Vision(How):

Every Believer should be continually developing these characteristics.

• CONSTANT HOPE: maintaining a lifestyle that is reflective of HIS spirit within us. (Worship of Spirit and in Truth, Prayer Collective in Body, Personal Devotion)
• UNFAILING GRACE: maturing as a disciple in a relationship with God’s Word while extending grace to others. (Wed Bible Study, Journey Development Classes, Small Groups)
• CHANGING LOVE: making fellowship a priority in relationship with Believers. (Church Fellowship & Small Group participation)
• COMPASSION: committing to evangelism and a relationship with the Lost and reaching daily to touch another life. (Outreach, Guest Awareness, Small Group Invitations, Community involvement)
• CHEERFUL GIVER: serving in ministry in relationship with the Body of Christ. (Tithing, Volunteerism, Gifts-based Ministry)
